Title: Mary's Hoisin Chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

3lbChicken thighs; legs, or pieces
1/4cHoisin sauce
1/4cPlum chutney; or plum sauce
1/4cSoy sauce
1mdPiece fresh ginger root; thinly sliced
1 Lime; juice of *
3tbCornstarch

Mix all the ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl. Add chicken; coat well and put it all in a crockpot. Cook 5-6 hours on low. Serve with rice. Me ke aloha, Mary
